Shipping policy
You will be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return unwanted items. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, contact us at returns@isof.com, and we will provide a free shipping label once the item has been received. Read more about returns and exchanges here. We will send you a return label via USPS or UPS. If the package does not reach us safely, we cannot complete the refund.
We are located in and ship from Longmont, CO.
Shipping typically takes 5-7 days within the USA on standard shipments. We are currently not taking international orders (orders outside the United States). If you would like to place an overnight shipment, please contact us at shipping@isof.com to make the request or chat with us online before placing the order. We are happy to expedite for you!

Shipping charges and expected delivery dates are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. This information also appears in your order confirmation email.
We package and ship your order when we get credit card authorization and verification. Based on our warehouse location and your shipping address, we determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, or United Delivery Services (UDS).
Prices in the chart above reflect shipping for domestic orders only.
Occasionally, we need to send your order in two or more shipments. Our shipping charge applies only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
Instructions to ship to more than one address at a time:
If you're shopping for several people at once and want to ship various items to several addresses, you must place a separate order for each address. A single order cannot be shipped to multiple addresses. Applicable shipping fees apply to each order placed.
To do this, use the "Save for Later" feature in your shopping bag.
- When you're ready to purchase, go to checkout (or click the Checkout button in the top right corner of the website).
- Identify the items you want to send to the first address in your shopping bag.
- For each of the remaining items, click "Save for later." This moves those items to a separate, saved category below your active shopping bag.
- Complete your purchase of the first set of items. Afterward, you can repeat step 1 and move the saved items back to your active shopping bag.
